Payment

All prices are given in USD. Payments can be made only in USD with Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and others. 

Free tea samples and complementary voucher

On orders of tea above $50 (excluding shipping): we will send you free tea samples, personally selected by our tea specialists based on your interests and order history

On orders of tea above $100 (excluding shipping): to reward the particularly enthusiastic among our customers, we will also throw in a $10 voucher for your next purchase.

Shipment

For Purchases from Our American Shop:

  • Within the USA: Free economy shipping for orders over $100. For orders under $100, shipping costs vary depending on weight and destination.
  • To Canada: Free economy shipping for orders over 150€. For orders under 150€, shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination. 

For Purchases from Our European Shop:

  • To Germany: Free shipping for orders over 50€. For orders under 50€, a shipping fee of 4,50€ applies.
  • European Union and UK: Free shipping for orders over 50€. For orders under 100€, a shipping fee of 7,90€ applies.
  • Other European Countries (e.g. Switzerland, Norway): Free shipping for orders over 150€. For orders under 150€, a shipping fee of 14,50€ applies.
  • Turkey, Israel: Free shipping for orders over 200€. For orders under 200€, a shipping fee of 19,50€ applies.
  • USA, Canada, UAE, Singapore: Free shipping for orders over 250€. For orders under 250€, a shipping fee of 29,00€ applies.
  • Rest of the World: Free shipping for orders over 300€. For orders under 300€, a shipping fee of 39,00€ applies.

The tea is packed in sealed bags. Fragile teaware is wrapped in protective material. For delivery outside of the US all customs, duties, and local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products we will exchange it during the 15 days following the purchase order. We will assume all transport costs for the return of teaware that is faulty or damaged in transit. In all other cases the client will pay all shipping fees required to return items to our warehouse in Denver, Colorado USA.
